Nothing is currently sold through this site. There is no checkout and no subscription on corneliusmota.com, and no payment can be taken here.
The Marketing OS and the founding list. The Marketing OS is in development and is not yet available to buy. Joining the founding list is free, takes no payment details, and is not a purchase or a contract: it records your interest, and it holds the founding price of $197 for you, in the order requests arrive, for the first ten people, if and when the product opens. I may change the price, the contents, the timing, or decide not to release it at all, and in any of those cases you owe nothing and will be told. Everything described on the home page is the intended specification of that product, not a statement that it is available today.
Advisory and implementation work is arranged individually by email. Scope, deliverables, timing and price are agreed in writing before any work begins, and that written agreement governs the engagement alongside these terms. Where a page on this site describes a service, it is descriptive only and is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Deliverables depend on your input. You agree to provide accurate, reasonably complete information in the intake, and timely responses when I ask clarifying questions. Delivery timelines pause while waiting on your input.
Payment is due upfront via Stripe unless agreed otherwise in writing. Because every engagement is custom work, fees are not refundable once work has begun. If you're unsure whether a service fits, contact me before buying and I'll tell you honestly, including telling you not to buy if it's not for you.
You receive a full, perpetual right to use, adapt, and publish the materials delivered to you for your business. My underlying methods, frameworks, templates, and know-how remain mine, and I may use anonymized, non-identifying learnings across my work. I won't name you as a client publicly without your permission.
You're buying experienced, good-faith professional judgment, not a guaranteed result. Business outcomes depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside my control, so no specific revenue, ranking, or growth outcome is promised. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
Mutual. I keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement; you agree to keep non-public materials I share (templates, playbooks, prompts) for your own use rather than redistribution.
To the extent permitted by law, total liability arising from an engagement is capped at the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Free content on this site is general information, provided as-is. If a newsletter is published in future it will be governed by its platform's own terms in addition to these.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If we have a dispute, we'll first try to resolve it directly and in good faith; failing that, the competent courts in Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
I may update these terms; the version in force when you purchase is the one that applies to that engagement.
